Architectural Guidelines 

 

Please consider your Neighbors first when planning a new project or renovation.  The first step is to get written approval from the Architectural Committee.  

1. Please use the link below to download the Architectural Request Form. 

2. Fill out the form completely and submit to Frank Martini. (Please allow up to 72 hours for approval.)

 

Here are a few common neighborhood requirements:

• Mailboxes are in good condition with no rust and painted to neighborhood guidelines.

• All home exterior painting requires approval.

• New trees, landscaping or tree removal requires approval.

• Fencing requires approval.
